Stylist and crafter Hannah Read-Baldrey shows us how to tie the Pelham Scarf read more
The Pelham Scarf has officially landed instore and online! To celebrate Laura Ashley’s 60th anniversary the iconic scarf has been reissued from the original that Laura and Bernard Ashley first printed on their kitchen table in 1953. This is arguably one of our most iconic pieces of the season!
Made with 100% silk, the striking Pelham Scarf features a fun geometric design, which showcases the simple block printing methods available at that time. Named after the company’s first London store on Pelham Street, which first opened in 1968. This could be your chance to wear a print with a true history and past.
To toast the arrival of our Pelham Scarf, we invited stylist and crafter Hannah Read-Baldrey (author of Girls Night In, co-author of Everything Alice) to show us all how to tie the luxury scarf three different ways. We’ve always wondered how to perfect the head scarf look! Hannah has also recently launched hrb-tv.com which has a whole host of nifty craft, recipe and beauty how-tos.
