MR BAZAAR GOES ‘OFF THE WALL’
Will from blog Bright Bazaar talks us through his new favourite Laura Ashley spring home story…
Vermilion. Chartreuse. Cerulean. Prussian Blue. Chrome Green. Utter those five colours and you’ll already have Mr.Bazaar onside and that’s exactly what Laura Ashley have done with their ‘Off The Wall’ trend for spring/summer 2012. I felt captivated by the bold and colourful nature of the Wallace and Serena prints from the moment I saw them; doesn’t the Newman sofa (above) make a great statement in the Wallace fabric? I’d put it into my living room without a second thought! That said, I think the quickest and most colourful update I would make from this trend is with the Serena bedlinen set . I love that you can reverse it and have the Wallace print on the other side. Plus, changing the linens on a bed is a quick and easy way to freshen up the bedroom. The playful, graphic and colourful approach to this modern‑country collection really has me inspired to add even *more* colour to my Bright.Bazaar home…
